all you have to determine that you are overweight and in need of help.

addition, eating smaller portions of the same meal instead of eating a
whole large meal is proven to make you lose tons of weight. For example,
instead of eating a whole plate of rice, divide it into three small
portions and eat them at intervals. You may end up not eating as much.

make sure you don't under emphasize fruits and vegetables as they are
an excellent source of natural vitamins, without the added calories.
Losing
weight via dieting doesn't have to be boring as you can get creative
with your meals. Vary your menu as well as your method of preparation
and serving.
