Lessen Intake of Coffee

coffee has an energizing effect, it's one of the most commonly consumed
beverage at workplace. However, it can be harmful for your health due
to the presence of caffeine in it. When consumed with cream and sugar,
it also gets high in calories. You could also have trouble cutting out
coffee entirely from your diet since it's quite addictive. So try
drinking just one small cup a day without adding cream and sugar if
possible.
